Hermès, Saatchi's way
Art & Business | In line with the luxury house’s 2015 theme, the exhibition Wanderland invites visitors to wander, with an idealized Paris as backdrop.
With Hubert le Gall as scenographer and Bruno Gaudichon as curator, the exhibition highlights the world of the French family business in the Saatchi Gallery’s 11 rooms. Conceived as a cabinet of curiosities, Wanderland is a hybrid that borrows codes from art and luxury worlds. In addition to media coverage from these two domains, plus the international aura of Charles Saatchi, the exhibition will also move to Paris (September 2015), Milan (December 2015) and China. Wanderland is conceived as an Art and Luxury scenic experience at the Saatchi Gallery to coincide with the re-opening of the 155 Bond Street Hermès store, signifying the art ecosystem’s increasingly permeable lines of communication.
